Your details, and what we do with them.

The Pointerz Group, Office 01, Razeen Blessings, Block 1, Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Pakistan, is responsible for the details you send us through this website.

It sets no cookies. It has no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels, and it stores nothing in your browser.

The survey form does not send anything to our server. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message written out, and you decide whether to send it.

Hostinger, our web host, keeps the standard server logs of each visit (IP address, browser, page and time) for a short period, to keep the site running and secure.

When you send a survey request, call, email or message us, we receive what you give us: usually your name, company, phone number, email address, where your site is, what kind of site it is, and your message.

If you apply for a job, we receive your CV.

To reply to you, arrange and carry out the site survey, send a quote and contract, deliver the service, and keep the records our contracts and the law require. A CV is used only to consider you for work with us.

We do not sell your details. We do not send you marketing unless you have agreed to it, and you can stop it at any time.

If you choose WhatsApp, your message is carried by WhatsApp (Meta) under WhatsApp’s privacy policy. Email reaches our mailboxes, which Hostinger hosts. These services may handle your details outside Pakistan.

Only the people at The Pointerz Group who need your details to answer you or look after your site. Outside the company, only the services above that carry them for us, or anyone the law requires us to give them to.

• Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to two years.
• Client records: for the contract, then as long as the law requires, for example for tax and audit.
• CVs: up to one year.

Then we delete them.

This site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and loads nothing from other websites. We keep your details in company accounts that only the staff who need them can open.

You can ask us what details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to info@thepointerz.com and we will reply within 30 days.

We may first check that the request comes from you, and we keep what the law requires us to keep.

This notice covers this website and the messages you send us. Our client portal, ipm.thepointerz.com, is used under our agreements with our clients.

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

Updated 16 October 2026. If we change this notice, we will update this page and the date. If we ever add cookies or analytics, we will say so here first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
